Tribal Law

South Dakota has a significant Native American community and Tribal Courts frequently determine matters involving both tribal members and non-tribal members. Our Tribal Law lawyers appear in the courts of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe in Mission, the Lower Brule Sioux Tribe in Lower Brule, and the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe in Eagle Butte.
